Website Maker runs locally on your machine. This policy explains what it does — and does not — do with your data.
What we collect
The Software does not collect, transmit, or store your personal data, project files, or generated content. It has no analytics, tracking, or telemetry of its own.
Processing on your machine
The Software reads and writes files only within the project workspace you point it at, to do its job. Everything stays on your device unless you choose to publish or share it.
AI processing
When the Software uses your IDE or AI agent's built-in AI features, that processing is handled by your IDE or AI provider under their own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store that content.
Purchases and updates
If you buy a license or subscribe to update emails, your email and payment details are handled by our payment provider, and your email by our email provider if you opt in. We use them only to deliver your license, the updates you requested, and any support you ask for. We do not sell your information.
Third-party services
If you connect third-party services at your direction, your data with those services is governed by their privacy policies, not ours.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from update emails at any time. To ask what we hold or request deletion of anything tied to your purchase, contact us.
